Details
- ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels): The process begins with ACP, which consists of aluminum and plastic materials.
- First Shredding: The ACP is fed into a shredding machine where it undergoes the first shredding process. This reduces the size of the ACP into smaller pieces.
- Second Crushing: The shredded ACP pieces are then transferred to a second crushing machine. This machine further reduces the size of the material into even smaller fragments.
- Third Grinding: The crushed material is then sent to a grinding machine for the third grinding process. This step grinds the material into fine particles.
- Pulse Dust Collector: During the grinding process, dust is generated. The dust is collected by a Pulse Dust Collector to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Airflow Separator: The ground material is then passed through an Airflow Separator. This machine uses airflow to separate the materials based on their weight and size. Dust is again collected and removed.
- Electrostatic Separator: The separated materials are then processed through an Electrostatic Separator. This machine uses electrostatic charges to separate the aluminum (Material A) from the plastic (Material B).
- Material A (Aluminium) & Material B (Plastic): The final products are separated aluminum and plastic materials, which can be recycled and reused in various applications.
