Process Flow

  1. ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels): The process begins with ACP, which consists of aluminum and plastic materials.

  2. First Shredding: The ACP is fed into a shredding machine where it undergoes the first shredding process. This reduces the size of the ACP into smaller pieces.

  3. Second Crushing: The shredded ACP pieces are then transferred to a second crushing machine. This machine further reduces the size of the material into even smaller fragments.

  4. Third Grinding: The crushed material is then sent to a grinding machine for the third grinding process. This step grinds the material into fine particles.

  5. Pulse Dust Collector: During the grinding process, dust is generated. The dust is collected by a Pulse Dust Collector to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

  6. Airflow Separator: The ground material is then passed through an Airflow Separator. This machine uses airflow to separate the materials based on their weight and size. Dust is again collected and removed.

  7. Electrostatic Separator: The separated materials are then processed through an Electrostatic Separator. This machine uses electrostatic charges to separate the aluminum (Material A) from the plastic (Material B).

  8. Material A (Aluminium) & Material B (Plastic): The final products are separated aluminum and plastic materials, which can be recycled and reused in various applications.
